UPA YOGA
Upa Yoga is a set of 10 easy yet powerful practices. It lubricates the joints, activates muscles and balances the energy system, leading to rejuvenation and physical well-being.
ANGAMARDANA
Angamardana is fitness system routed in yoga, designed to reach the peak of physical capability and mental focus. It greatly improves flexibility and strength of the body, leads to calmness and sharpness of the mind.
BHUTA SHUDDHI
The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, air, fire and space. Bhuta Shuddhi is a process of purifying the five elements within the human system leading to harmony and balance.

Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures to elevate one’s consciousness and experience higher dimensions of life.
SURYA KRIYA
Surya Kriya is a transformational yogic practice. It is a spiritual process. It brings complete health and mental balance. Enhances one’s ability to meditate.

Yogasanas are not exercises, but very subtle processes for directing energies. Angamardana – is an ancient fitness system rooted in Yoga, designed to reach the peak of physical capability and mental focus. It helps to maintain high energy level throughout the day. Angamardana does not require any fitness equipment. This system of exercises requires only the human body and can be practiced anywhere, even during the trip.

My involvement with the spiritual tradition of the East began in 2016. At that time I was constantly feeling sad and I had many questions about life and the best way for a human being to flower and stay happy and exuberant. With a great surprise, I discovered that Yoga contained many different methods of achieving inner well-being, balance and a state of blissfulness. It also offered a path to self-transformation.

Mastering the practices of Sadhguru, I began to feel completely different. Naturally, I began to be in a state of health and happiness. I opened the door to a spiritual experience — a blissful state within, a deep connection with everything around me.
